Immigration New Zealand විසින් Open Work Visa holders සඳහා employment conditions පිළිබඳ update එකක් නිකුත් කරලා තියෙනවා. මේක 20 April 2026 සිට apply වෙනවා කියලා සඳහන්.

මෙය “clarification” එකක් ලෙස හදුන්වනවා, නමුත් Open Work Visa types අතර වෙනස්කම් දැන් clear ලෙස define කරලා තියෙනවා.

🔹 Employment Conditions – Types 2ක්

20 April 2026 ඉදලා Open Work Visas මේ categories දෙකට බෙදෙනවා:

1️⃣ Any work allowed Open Work Visas

මෙම visa holders ලට:

ඕනෑම employer කෙනෙක්ට work කරන්න පුළුවන් Sole trader ලෙස වැඩ කරන්න පුළුවන් තමන්ගේ business එකක් run කරන්න පුළුවන්

Partner visas

2️⃣ Employer එකක්ට පමණක් work කරන්න පුළුවන් Visas

මෙම visa holders:

Employer එකක් යටතේ (employment agreement එකක් හෝ contract එකක් යටතේ) වැඩ කරන්න ඕනේ Business එකක් own/run කරන්න බැහැ

සියලු Open Work Visa holders ලට:

තමන්ගේ business එකක් හරහා direct හෝ indirect ලෙස 👉 වෙනත් අය employ කරන්න බැහැ
